Terms & Conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival
• For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full
• Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted in July and August
• Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year.
• No all male or female parties
• No couples under the age of 20
• The apartment is strictly non-smoking
• Fistral-View sleeps 4 people in 1 double and 2x single beds.  Maximum occupancy is 6 for families that wish to bring young children/babies and provide their own travel cots/bedding
• A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required at time of final booking payment
• Full terms & conditions will be posted or e-mailed with booking confirmation and you must sign and return prior to making full payment
